In our daily lives we often forget to consider how lucky we are and how important it is not to take our health for granted. I encourage you to pause for a moment and think about if you are taking care of your health. Do not take it for granted to stay healthy. Think about what you can do to improve your health. We always think nothing is going to happen to me – until. Believe my, it happened to me a year ago. I had to stay in bed for few weeks. It was a terrible experience which no one could see beforehand. I got my health back now but this experience stays with me. I’m not trying to scare you all only trying to point out that we should appreciate the health we have and the be aware of how important it is to take care of ourselves. It is our responsibility towards our children. If we don’t do it nobody will do it for us.
