Healthy snacks for you and the kids

If you or the kids becomes hungry between meals then it’s advisable to have  healthy snacks prepared to eat. Because if you’re not prepared then you are more likely to grab some biscuits or sweet instead of something that’s better for your health. Healthy snacks like fruits and vegetables are good to have. .These give good nutrition and don’t give you sugar rush so the blood sugar keeps stable. Have them readily available so you or the kids can dive in for a munch when you’re feeling need for something extra. It’s easy to prepare just cut fruits and vegetables into bits and store them in a lunch box. Then it’s always available and easy to grab with you on the way out.
